All TPA leads are priced in credits. The number of credits needed to respond to a lead varies depending on the service required and the size of the work. The credit price is always visible before responding to the lead.
Our credit return policy works as follows.
We will return credits immediately if, a phone number given by the client is invalid, for example, if it says “calls are not being connected to this number”.
We will not return credits in the following circumstances when You make contact with a customer, but do not confirm the work with the client.
You must also inform us of any issues relating to this policy within 2 hours of responding to the lead.

We will refund the pending unused credit amount within 45 business days.
Leads vary in credit price depending on the service required and the size of the work. This is calculated based on the specific requirements of each customer when submitting their request on TPA.
For example, a lead where a customer needs their 2 bHK flat cleaned as a one-off will require fewer credits to respond to than a lead where a customer needs their 6BHK house cleaned.
The TPA surety is a great way of securing new business, risk-free.
We’re so confident you’ll get hired at least once from your starter pack, that if you don’t we’ll give you all your credits back.
We only ask that all the credits are used and that you wait 7 days from when your last response is sent. The reason for this is to ensure you give the customer enough time to get back to you.
Once this time has passed, you can contact TPA customer support team and we will reinstate the credits to your TPA’s account for re-use at no extra cost. This offer may only be claimed once.
